 Joint Working is a consultancy comprising senior professionals with extensive PFI/PPP experience and a reputation for high quality delivery.  Our team have been advising on PFI projects for over 15 years and have direct experience of over 200 deals including schools, hospitals and other social infrastructure projects.

Our experience spans construction, commissioning, mobilisation and operation of assets.  We have particular experience of operational compliance audits, surveys, PFI variation management and lifecycle studies.

Our Clients include NHS Trusts, Commissioning Authorities, PFI Investors and FM Companies.  Most of our instructions are made as a direct result of the reputation of our consultants or through repeat business.
